Strategic Business Management
With a nuclear twist
Early on, I focused on developing my expertise in nuclear engineering and related topics. This contributed to a unique opportunity crossing my path, joining an independent nuclear engineering office startup. I became one of the driving forces of the organization, scaling the company from 2 to 13 people while being responsible for strategic business development, business processes and supporting services.
I aspire to build on my experience as a managing partner. I am looking for opportunities where I can help organizations strengthen their business models and strategic thinking. I get energized from designing business processes through a clear and pragmatic enterprise architecture approach.
